Charly Insider helmet |
Charley Insider Helmet is manufactured by
Finsterwalder of Germany. The helmet features a woven glass/kevler
shell, full face protection, high quality three coat lacqueur
finish, and is very light weight (24 ounces).
The Insider has a very comfortable, streamlined shape with
excellent peripheral vision and will accommodate glasses or
goggles. It is also very easy to adapt for installation of a
radio headset.
The Insider helmet is tested and certified to CEN Standard
EN966, which is a European testing standard specifically
designed for helmets used for sport aviation. This standard
includeds tests for shock absorption, penetration resistance,
and specifications for visibility and head mobility. |

BLUEYE GOGGLES |
|
| Blueye products are owned, designed and manufactured in
Australia, offering a extremely high quality product.
| The Blueyes come in two styles; the Zoo and the
Caged. Both goggles offer excellent protection from the elements
with the Caged providing a slightly wider lens. With the adjustable
strap and the soft Santoprene rubber frame, the goggles provide a
comfortable, protective fitting for most pilots.
Both the Blueye Zoo and Caged come complete with a Rose tinted lens.
Other colour lenses include Yellow, Smoke, Clear Blue, and
Mirror. When you purchase a set of goggles, you also get a spare
lens of your choice.
The impact resistant polycarbonate 100% UVA/UVB
lens utilise an FX2 Anti-Fog coating in conjunction with small vents
in the frame to ensure fog free flying.

Ol' Eagle Eyes Flight Glasses are brought to you by
the people who introduced and developed the "Flatlands" tow launched
style of hang gliding competition. In 1984, Denis and Iain Cummings
(Directors of North Coast Avionics Pty. Limited) and A. John Clark
held the world's first tow launched hang gliding competition at
Parkes, not far from the site of the 1998 World Championships. It
was always hoped that this method of competition would develop into
a World Championship format.
